Thanks for the comment. I reckon I'll be better soon enough - if I just give myself enough time to recover and stop trying to get back into it too soon. Thankfully, I haven't celebrated the past 20-odd Christmases and this year will be no different, so I can be ill with impunity as far as the calendar is concerned.=)
Then a hat I've just completed but it looks awful on me. 
The last bag is one I crocheted quite a long time ago.

Great knitting! I spent ages on a hat that looked awful when I put it on once too, its frustrating isn't it?
