7lbs lost
Two weeks ago, DH gently persuaded me that I really did need to lose some weight. What was the straw that broke the camels back was the 7 and 3/4 mile walk I did and suffered massively afterwards. My knees are just not taking the strain any more! So he is helping me and recording my food intake on a nifty little programme called My Fitness Plan. I really don't have the time to input all the data, so I just kept a written daily record and he does the rest. As he also makes our evening meal - most days - he calculates our intake of calories. He managed to loose a lot of weight, very gradually, over the last year without paying to go to WW or SW. I just hope I can keep it up. DH has just reminded me that today's weigh-in might have been a blip.
